I make all my pottery by hand so no two pieces will ever be exactly the same! I endeavour to make the measurements stated as accurate as I can and hope that the photographs on the website are true to the colours of the pieces you are buying.
If you have commissioned a piece I will aim to make it as true to your requirements as I possibly can but the vagaries of the kiln and glazes will mean that I can never guarantee the exact colour and dimensions. I hope that you will embrace a homemade piece and the love that has gone into making it!
If you are not completely happy with your item please do get in touch. Please see my email address for contact details.
If you would like to return an item please let me know so that I can give you a return address. Please return any items within 14 days of receipt. Unless an item is faulty the return of the work is your responsibility. If the work is broken enroute no refund will be issued. You may therefore wish to insure the return. If the item is personalised I will unfortunately not be able to refund the item. I hope that you feel that these requirements are reasonable and I hope that you will be satisfied with the pieces you order!

UK shipping
I will endeavour to send out your non customised items within 3 days of placing your order. The items will be wrapped using recycled materials where possible so don't be surprised to receive your pottery in unbranded packaging and bubble wrap! Any new packaging will be recyclable. I will email a confirmation once shipped. All items are sent via Royal Mail.
​At the moment I will not be shipping internationally while I establish my small business.

FAQs

How should I care for my ceramics
​
Hand wash verses Dishwasher I always recommend handwashing for my pottery. The high temperatures and harsh chemicals in the dishwasher will dull the surface over time and will hasten the potential life of your new pieces.
Microwaves I would recommend not using your new ceramic in a microwave as I have not tested the glazes in this way as I do not own a microwave!.
Packaging

I am passionate about the environment and work hard in my daily life as well as within my business to minimise my effects on the environment. Ceramics is unfortunately not a practise that is environmentally friendly in many ways and so in packaging I do my best to mitigate this! In the main I aim to recycle and reuse packaging, using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes that have been donated to me and pre-used. Any new packaging will be sustainably sourced.
